Habitat does not give away free homes. Qualifying homeowners work side by side with volunteers to build their home and will subsequently buy it from Habitat with an affordable zero percent interest mortgage.

Acquiring buildable property is an obvious first step in the building process. If you have a land parcel in Manitowoc County you would like to donate, please call us to speak about your property.

New and gently used construction materials and tools can be donated to our ReSale Center. Appropriate items will be used in our local build projects to keep construction costs down.
